We believe confidence was never lost. It was buried. Our work is to help you uncover it.
Public Speaking Pro is a communication and transformation company headquartered in Accra, Ghana, with a global mindset, a premium standard, and a deeply human philosophy. We believe the next generation of world-class communicators is being built right here.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
A business born from one honest observation
Public Speaking Pro was founded on a truth that most people feel but few say out loud: the most capable, brilliant, and driven professionals in the room are often the quietest ones.
Not because they have nothing to say. But because somewhere along the way, they learned that speaking up was risky. That being wrong in public was dangerous. That silence was safer.
Our founder, Matthew Denutsui, spent years in corporate Ghana coaching executives and leading teams — watching talented people hold themselves back. Not from lack of ability. From lack of voice.
So he built a practice around one mission: giving that voice back.
What started as one-to-one coaching in Accra has grown into a full communication and transformation company — serving individuals from students to senior executives, and organizations from startups to multinationals. The philosophy is the same at every level: speak like a human, and everything changes.
We don’t measure success by how polished someone sounds. We measure it by how free they feel. By the promotion they got. The room they walked into. The contract they closed. The team they finally inspired.
